About Us
We see the value in handmade, and work in smaller batches, hand pouring, capping and labelling each jar in our own certified facility. Each is inspected throughout these processes with detail to quality and safety.

Cherries for Change
We are pleased to be donating $2.00 from every jar of our Sour Cherry & Hibiscus spread to a local mental health or organization working to improve the lives of the city’s homeless.
Prior to opening our storefront, Preserve, Kim worked out of the kitchen at the Red Road Lodge in Winnipeg, a transitional housing shelter for marginalized folks. She got to know a handful of the longer term tenants, and it deepened her sense of compassion towards this community. There were so many good people who endured unfortunate circumstances and deserved another chance. And with so many of these lives, trauma and mental health are at the root, so we believe that to produce effective long term change, supporting this recovery is key.
There are 2 donation recipients per year, from January- June and another from July-December. If you know of a local organization that would fit our mandate, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and suggest them.
